摘要
为了提高对待测脉冲信号进行分析的运算速度以及精度,本文提出一种基于FPGA的脉冲信号参数测量仪。测量仪包括主控电路以及为主控电路提供电源的电源电路,其中,主控电路包括信号接收模块、A/D转换模块、FPGA测量模块、单片机和显示模块。A/D转换模块将待测脉冲信号转换为FPGA可识别的数字信号,FPGA主要测量脉冲信号的幅值、频率、上升时间和占空比四个参数,并将分析结果输入至单片机,并由单片机输出至显示模块进行显示。结果表明,本文设计的脉冲信号参数测量仪可以在一定误差范围内实现脉冲信号四个参数的测量,同时还降低了对单片机的要求,解决现有技术中脉冲信号测量仪造价高的问题。
In order to improve the computational speed and accuracy of pulse signal analysis,a pulse signal parameter measuring instrument based on FPGA was proposed in this paper.The measuring instrument includes the main control circuit and the power supply circuit providing power for the main control circuit.The main control circuit includes signal receiving module,A/D conversion module,FPGA measurement module,single-chip microcomputer and display module.A/D conversion module converts the pulse signal to be measured into a digital signal that can be recognized by FPGA.FPGA mainly measures the amplitude,frequency,rise time and duty cycle of the pulse signal,and inputs the analysis results to the single-chip microcomputer,which outputs the results to the display module for display.The results showed that the pulse signal parameter measuring instrument designed in this paper can realize the measurement of four parameters of pulse signal within a certain error range,and at the same time,it reduces the requirement of single chip microcomputer and solves the problem of high cost of pulse signal measuring instrument in the existing technology.
