摘要
随着安全形式的日益严峻,如何管控风险,消除或减少事故的发生,是安全管理的重中之重。火力发电厂因其设备设施众多,特种设备及运行过程复杂,事故后果严重的特点,风险评估工作就成为电厂安全管理工作的重要内容。本文以燃煤发电厂运行为主线,分析火力发电厂运行过程中涉及的主要设备设施、场所及作业,分析辨识风险源,对风险源进行描述,并根据风险源特点,提出有针对性的管控措施建议。
With the increasingly severe security situation, it is important to control risk and reduce the occurrence of accidents. Because of many equipment and complex operation process, once an accident happens, the consequences are very serious, risk assessment has become an important part of safety management in thermal power plant. This paper takes coal-fired power plant as the research object, analyses the main equipment, facilities, places and work involved in the operation of thermal power plant, identifies and describes the risk sources, and puts forward effective control measures.
