摘要
介绍了亚硫酸法低碳澄清新工艺,即利用锅炉烟气二氧化碳饱充中和汁的内循环螺旋连续式饱充反应方法应用于糖厂。结果表明,与传统的亚硫酸法生产工艺相比,清汁的清净效率和重力纯度差有所提高,清汁的色值、钙盐含量、浊度、过滤速度、沉降速度以及还原糖含量都有所降低,白砂糖的色值、浊度、水不溶物以及含硫量都有所降低。亚硫酸法低碳澄清新工艺的应用不仅能提高清净效率,提高白砂糖的品质,而且还能降低企业的生产成本,给企业带来可观的经济效益。
In this paper,the low carbon-clarification in sulfitation process was introduced,which was applied to sugar factory using inner cycle spiral continuous satiation reaction with carbon dioxide in boiler filling and neutralizing juice.The results showed that compared with the traditional sulphuric acid production process,the cleaning efficiency and gravity purity of the clarified juice were increased,and the color value,calcium salt content,turbidity,filtration speed,sedimentation speed,and reducing sugar content of the clarified juice were decreased.The color value,turbidity,water insoluble and sulfur content of white granulated sugar were reduced.The application of low carbon-clarification in sulfitation process could not only improve the cleaning efficiency and the quality of white granulated sugar,but also reduce the production cost of enterprises and bring considerable economic benefits to enterprises.
