摘要
研究报道以食品级蔗糖为原料,采用活性炭脱色、乙醇-水重结晶法制备医药级蔗糖,其工艺参数:乙醇浓度为80%、吸附温度为80℃、活性炭用量为0.1%、吸附时间为5min。结果显示,利用该工艺得到的蔗糖电导率最低,为16.8μs/cm,产品经检测符合英国药典2000版标准。
Pharmaceutical grade sucrose was prepared through being discolored by activated charcoal and being crystallized by alcohol. And the optimum parameters were: the content of alcohol is 80%, the adsorption temperature is 80 ℃ , the amount of active charcoal is 0.1%, the adsorption time is 5 minutes. The result showed that the product prepared by this procedure had the lowest conductivity(calculated value 16.6 μs/cm, test value 16.8 μs/cm). And the quality of the product could meet the requirements of British Pharmacopoeia 2000.
