摘要
信息系统项目的范围管理是一项复杂而又繁琐的工程,但其在信息系统项目管理中却起着至关重要的作用。以"某市电子招投标管理系统公共服务平台"建设项目为实例,首先,介绍了项目的背景;然后,深入地分析了范围管理常见的问题,从项目经理的角度总结了信息系统项目范围管理的实操经验;最后,有针对性地提出了项目范围管理的控制建议,以期为信息系统项目范围管理的建设做出有益的探索。
The scope management of information system project is a complicated and tedious project,but it plays an important role in the information system project management.Taking the construction project of"electronic bidding management system public service platform of a city"as an example,the background of the project is introduced at first.Then,the common problems of scope management are analyzed deeply,and the practical experience of information system project scope management is summarized from the perspective of project manager.Finally,the control suggestions of project scope management are put forward so as to make a beneficial exploration for the construction of information system project scope management.
