摘要
目的分析江苏省食源性疾病监测体系的现状及存在的问题,并提出对策与建议,为了更好的发挥食源性疾病监测体系在保障食品安全中的作用。方法对哨点医院、分子溯源网络实验室、食品安全信息管理的建设和运行过程中出现的问题进行深入分析和总结。结果目前存在哨点医院医生主动报告意识弱,病例信息报告不及时、不完整;疾控机构和医疗机构的协作机制不完善;信息化标准不统一、重复建设等问题。结论建议将哨点医院分为主动监测和病例信息报告两类管理,加快基于医院HIS的食源性报告信息标准化,努力提升基层疾控机构的食源性疾病暴发的溯源能力。
Objective To analyze the current situation and existing problems of the food-borne disease surveillance system in Jiangsu Province,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,in order to better utilize the food-borne disease surveillance system in ensuring food safety.Methods The problems arising from the construction and operation of sentinel hospitals,molecular traceability network laboratories,and food safety information management were deeply analyzed and summarized.Results Physicians at sentinel hospitals lack the initiative to report problems,and case information reports were not timely and incomplete.The cooperation mechanism between the disease control institutions and medical institutions was not perfect.The informatization standards were not unified,and some facilities and systems were repeatedly reconstructed.Conclusion It is recommended to divide the management at sentinel hospitals into two types:active surveillance and case information reporting,speed up the standardization of hospital HIS based foodborne reporting information,and strive to improve the traceability of foodborne disease outbreaks in grassroots CDC institutions.
