摘要
分油机项目作为船舶航海类轮机专业适任证书实操评估考核难点内容,主要在于对分油机分离筒内部操作机构动作过程的理解以及相应内部结构的分析。基于这个问题,本文以武汉船舶职业技术学院轮机中心实训室MAPX型燃油分油机为例,分析其系统原理图与装置的操作方法,深入研究其内部结构工作机理,让学生全面掌握分油机的操作管理和操作机构工作机理。
The operating of oil separator,as a part of the practical skills evaluation in professional competency certificate of marine engine,is a difficult learning point.The difficulty lies in the understanding of the operation process of the internal operating mechanism of the separator drum and the analysis of the corresponding internal structure.Based on this problem,this paper takes the MAPX fuel oil separator as an example,analyses its system schematic diagram,describes the operation method of the device,deeply studies its internal structure and working mechanism,so that students can fully grasp the operation management and operating mechanism of the oil separator.
