桥梁伸缩装置的设计相关问题

摘要 针对在桥梁中起到防止裂缝产生作用的伸缩装置,结合相关设计工作经验,对梁体伸缩量的计算和伸缩缝选型两个主要问题进行深入分析,提出梁体伸缩量计算公式和需要注意的要点,以及组合伸缩缝(大位移量伸缩缝、小位移量伸缩缝)、板式橡胶伸缩缝、埋入式伸缩缝现在常用的桥梁伸缩装置原理、特点和适用条件,为伸缩装置选型奠定基础,并为保证伸缩缝设计合理性与可行性提供参考依据,使所用伸缩装置的功能得以最大限度发挥。 Aiming at the expansion device which plays an important role in preventing cracks in bridges, combining with relevant design experience, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the two main problems of the calculation of the expansion amount of the beam and the selection of expansion joints, puts forward the calculation formula of the expansion amount of the beam and the key points needing attention, as well as the combined expansion joints (large displacement expansion joints, small displacement expansion joints), plate rubber expansion joints. The principle, characteristics and applicable conditions of bridge expansion devices commonly used in embedded expansion joints lay a foundation for the selection of expansion devices, and provide a reference basis for ensuring the rationality and feasibility of expansion joint design, so as to maximize the function of the expansion devices used .
