摘要
为进一步优化设计带式输送机自动清扫收装置,并得到更好的推广与应用,介绍了带式输送机自动清扫回收装置组成及工作原理,研究了带式输送机自动清扫回收装置的具体应用。应用结果表明:该装置可完成底胶带"回煤"的自动清扫以及自动回收工作。同时,在井下现场使用中,运行平稳,有效缓解了煤矿带式输送机底胶带"回煤"问题。
In order to further optimize the design of belt conveyor automatic cleaning device and get better promotion and application,the composition and working principle of belt conveyor automatic cleaning and recovery device were introduced,and the specific application of belt conveyor automatic cleaning and recovery device was studied.The application results show that the device can complete the automatic cleaning and recycling of bottom belt coal.At the same time,in the underground field use,the operation is stable,which effectively alleviates the problem of"coal return"of the bottom belt conveyor in coal mine.
