堆肥滚筒筛工作参数的正交模拟分析——基于离散元理论 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高堆肥滚筒筛的工作效率,减小能量损耗,基于离散元理论,对影响堆肥滚筒筛工作效率的主要因素进行三因素三水平正交模拟试验。通过极差分析得到各因素对筛分性能影响的主次顺序,综合分析收集率和筛分率,得到转速32r/min、抄板高度30 mm、倾角5°时滚筒筛分性能最好。对优水平方案的处理量进行6组单因素试验,拟合试验数据表明:滚筒筛处理量为31. 05 t/h时,滚筒筛的利用率最高。 In order to improve the work efficiency of compost roller sieve and reduce energy loss,based on discrete element theory,three factors three levels orthogonal simulation test s were conducted on the main factors affecting the work-efficiency of compost roller sieve.Through range analysis,the primary and secondary sequence of various factors’influence on sieving performance was obtained.comprehensively analyzing the collection rate and sieving rate,the best performance of roller sieving was obtained when rotating speed is 32r/min,height of shovelling plate is 60 mm and angle of inclination is 5 degrees.Six groups of single factor experiments were carried out on the processing quantity of the optimal level scheme,fitting experiments data,the maximum utilization ratio of the roller sieve is obtained when the processing quantity of the roller sieve is 31.05t/h.
