摘要
本文通过聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(Formvar)溶液处理细胞载体表面促进细胞粘附,使悬浮的游离细胞均匀分布于细胞载体,经样品制备在扫描电镜下观察细胞超微结构。结果显示,经Formvar处理玻片表面粗糙,散布大小不均的微孔,细胞贴附紧密、分布均匀,细胞结构直观、清晰。此方法制备简便,效果良好,为细胞扫描电镜样品制备提供了一种简易而快速的方法。
In order to promote cell adhesion, the polyvinyl formal solution was used to treat the cells carrier surface, which resulted in suspended free cells distributing uniformly in the cell carrier, and then prepared the sample with improved method and observed it with SEM. The results showed that the surface of the glass treated by Formvar was rough and distributed uneven microvoid, and the free cells adhered closely and evenly distributed. The ultrastructure of the cells was visualized and the structure was clearer. This method is simple and effective. It provides a simple and rapid method for free cell sample preparation of SEM.
