摘要
针对某航空叶片企业在叶片测量中出现的测量数据格式混杂、数据传递过度离散化以及人机交互操作繁琐等实际问题,提出了一种叶片测量报告数据自动、批量采集方法并基于MDMS-AB建立起叶片测量过程的动态管理模式,以实现CMM测量报告数据的快速采集、规范处理和可追溯管理。将该动态管理模式应用到该叶片企业后,明显提高了其叶片测量效率,且加强了测量报告数据的动态管理。
According to several practical problems of measurement process of aeronautical blade in a blade manufacturing enterprise,such as disorder format of measured data,discontinuous communication of measured data and complex man-machine interaction,a rapid batch method for measured data acquisition and processing of aeronautical blade based on CMM has been proposed.On the basis of the Measured Data Management System of Aeronautical Blade,a dynamic management pattern in the current process is developed to achieve the rapid acquisition,the normalized processing and traceable management.Via the application of this dynamic management pattern in one blade enterprise,the measurement efficiency and management has been improved obviously.
