摘要
针对某航空叶片企业在叶片检测过程中出现的测量报告格式混杂、数据传递过度离散化以及人机交互操作繁琐等实际问题,提出了一种基于My SQL数据库的航空叶片测量数据管理系统。在研究现有叶片检测流程基础上,提出了改进型叶片检测流程并构建了叶片测量数据管理体系结构,实现三坐标测量机不停机测量及测量数据规范化和可追溯性。将该系统应用到某叶片企业,明显提高了叶片的检测效率及加工工序过程控制的能力。
According to the practical problems of measurement process of aviation blade in a blade manufacturing enterprise,such as disorder format of measuring reports,discontinuous communication of measuring data and complex man-machine interaction,measured data management system of aviation blade based on MySQL database framework is developed.On the basis of the research of current measurement process for blades,the improved measurement process has been proposed,the architecture of the measured data management system for aviation blade is built to achieve the non-stop measurement,the normalized and traceable management of measured data.Via the application of this system in one blade enterprise,the measurement efficiency and the control capability in blade process has been improved obviously.
