摘要
针对履带式设备煤矿井下恶劣的行走工况条件,设计出一种负载敏感开式变量行走液压控制系统,分析了行走系统主要参数的影响因素,总结了履带式设备行走液压系统的设计要点,为煤矿用履带设备行走液压控制系统的设计提供了参考。
Aiming at poor walking conditions for crawler walking equipment in coal mine,a crawler walking hydraulic control system with open variable and load sensing technology was designed.The influence factors of the main parameters of the walking system were analyzed,and the design points to the crawler walking hydraulic control system were summarized.It provides reference for the design of the crawler walking hydraulic control system on coal mine equipment.
