摘要
通过Hull槽实验对乙酸盐体系电镀Zn-Ni合金工艺进行了优化,再向优化后的镀液添加Na_2H_2PO_2,制备出Zn-Ni-P合金。对不同P含量的Zn-Ni-P合金镀层的耐蚀性进行了研究,并表征其微观形貌和镀层组成。结果表明,乙酸盐电镀Zn-Ni-P合金的最佳配方及工艺条件为:ZnCl_2100 g/L,NiCl_2?6H_2O 120 g/L,CH_3COONH_480 g/L,CH_3COONa 40 g/L,KCl 200 g/L,Na_2H_2PO_215 g/L,SDS 0.06 g/L,pH为4,电流密度为1.5 A/dm^2,温度为40℃。该工艺下制备的镀层结晶细致,P含量约为12.5%,耐蚀性最好。
The process of electroplating Zn-Ni alloy in acetate system was optimized by Hull cell test,and Na2H2PO2 was added to the optimized plating solution to prepare the Zn-Ni-P alloy.The corrosion resistance of Zn-Ni-P alloy with different P contents was studied,and the microscopic morphology and composition of the alloy were analyzed.The results showed that the optimum technological parameters of preparing Zn-Ni-P alloy were obtained as follows:ZnCl2 100 g/L,NiCl2·6H2O 120 g/L,CH3COONH4 80 g/ L,CH3COONa 40 g/L,KCl 200 g/L,Na2H2PO2 15 g/L,SDS 0.06 g/L,pH was 4,current density was 1.5 A/dm^2,temperature was 40 ℃.The coating prepared using the optimum method had a fine suface,and the better corrosion resistance.The P content of the alloy was about 12.5%.
