摘要
论述了汽车用表面处理钢板的种类及特征、高强度钢板的成分设计原理;阐述固溶强化、析出强化、相变组织强化、晶粒细化强化、冷加工(位错)强化机理。以低成本制造合金化热镀锌防蚀钢板,稳定增加使用量,用于汽车车身内外钢板。
Main types and characteristics of automotive surface-treated steel sheets, design principle of chemical components of high-strength steel sheets are discussed. Additionally, this article expounds various strengthening mechanisms including solid solution strengthening, precipitation strengthening, phase transformation strengthening, grain fineness strengthening and cold working (dislocation) strengthening. Hot-galvanized corrosion-resisting steel sheets can be produced in low costs.
