摘要
在新建或大修路面中采用沥青混合料冷再生技术,将RAP再生利用,不但可以有效地保护生态环境,同时可以降低工程造价预算。文章结合湖南某高速公路大修工程,介绍了乳化沥青厂拌冷再生混合料的施工工艺与操作要点,并通过路用性能指标检验,提出了乳化沥青冷再生混合料施工工法,可为相关工程应用提供技术参考。
The use of asphalt mixture cold regeneration technology in new or overhauled pavement construction will realize the RAP regenerate utilization,which not only can effectively protect the ecological environment,but also reduce the project cost budget.Combining an expressway overhaul project in Hunan Province,this article introduces the construction technology and key operation points of emulsified asphalt plant-mixed cold recycled mixture,then,through the road performance index test,it proposes the construction method of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture,which can provide the technical reference for related engineering applications.
