摘要
灰岩人工砂石粉因其能够提高混凝土密实性和力学性能,在水利工程中具有一定的应用价值,但其配比参数还需要精确控制。通过配制7种不同灰岩人工砂石粉掺量的同配合比混凝土并对其进行力学性能、干缩性、耐久性等性能试验,依此试验数据确定灰岩人工砂石粉的掺加量;还分别归纳了常规混凝土和泵送混凝土中的灰岩人工砂石粉掺量。在此掺量内能够提高混凝土的力学性能、干缩性、耐久性等性能。其对人工砂石粉的应用提供参考。
Limestone artificial sand and stone powder has certain application value in hydraulic engineering due to its ability to improve the compactness and mechanical properties of concrete,but its proportioning parameters still need to be accurately controlled.In this article,seven different types of concrete with the same mix ratio of limestone artificial sand and stone powder was formulated,and mechanical properties,dry shrinkage,durability and other performance tests were conducted.The dosage of limestone artificial sand and stone powder was determined based on experimental data.In addition,the dosage range of limestone artificial sand and gravel powder in conventional concrete and pumped concrete were also summarized respectively.Within this dosage range,the mechanical properties,dry shrinkage,durability,and other properties of concrete can be improved and optimized,providing some reference for the research and application of artificial sand and stone powder.
