摘要
目的降糖联合他汀降脂疗法在混合型血脂异常的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者临床治疗中的应用价值。方法于2017年1～10月期间,纳入在我院接受治疗的75例血脂异常的T2DM患者,根据患者的一般资料、病情状况确定降糖目标,以降糖目标为依据予以单纯降糖药物治疗或者降糖药物联合胰岛素治疗,在此基础上予以阿托伐他汀或辛伐他汀降脂治疗,对比治疗前、治疗2个星期后患者的血糖、血脂水平,统计血脂、血糖达到标准水平患者的百分比,评估此种治疗方案的临床应用价值。结果治疗后75例患者的平均胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)水平均有明显改善,TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG、2hPBG水平均降低,HDL-C升高,各项指标平均水平均达到标准水平,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。其中有54例(72.00%)患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C各项血脂水平均恢复至标准水平,51例(68.00%)患者FBG、2hPBG血糖水平均恢复至标准水平。结论降糖联合他汀降脂疗法应用于混合型血脂异常的2型糖尿病治疗当中,能够有效降低患者的血糖、血脂水平,临床治疗效果理想,应用价值高,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the application value of hypoglycemic combined with statin lipid-lowering therapy in clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in mixed lipid abnormality.Methods 75 T2DM patients with lipid abnormality who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October in 2017 were selected.According to the general information and the condition of the disease of patients,the hypoglycemic goal was determined.And based on the hypoglycemic goal,patients will be treated with simple hypoglycemic drugs or hypoglycemic drugs combined with insulin therapy.On basis of it,patients were treated with atorvastatin or simvastatin for lipid lowering.The blood glucose and lipid levels of the patients were compared before treatment and two weeks after treatment.The percentage of the patients whose blood lipid and blood glucose reached the standard level was counted,so as to evaluate the clinical application value of this treatment program.Results After treatment,total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),fasting blood sugar(FBG)and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG)of 75 patients were significantly improved.TC,TG,LDL-C,FBG and 2hPBG levels all decreased while HDL-C increased.The average level of each index reached the standard level,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).In 54 patients(72.00%),the blood lipid levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and HDL-C returned to standard levels,and FBG and 2hPBG levels returned to standard levels in 51 patients(68.00%).Conclusion Hypoglycemic combined with statin lipidlowering therapy in clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in mixed lipid abnormality can effectively reduce the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of the patients.The clinical curative effect is ideal.It has high application value and it is worthy of popularization and application.
