摘要
党的十九大报告提出的乡村振兴战略,是当前建立健全城乡融合发展体制机制和政策体系,加快推进农业农村现代化的行动指南。文章在立足桂林市推进城乡融合发展工作的实践基础上,分析了存在的主要问题,认为加大基础设施建设力度,夯实城乡融合发展的物质基础;加快推进新型城镇化建设,搭建城乡融合发展新平台;培育发展特色产业,聚集城乡融合发展的产业基础;强化社会保障体系建设,奠定城乡融合发展的群众基础,是桂林当前推进城乡融合发展的选择路径。
The strategy for revitalizing rural areas which was put forward in the 19th CPC is a guideline for the establishment and improvement of integrated urban and rural development systems,mechanisms and policies and the acceleration of agricultural and rural modernization.Based on the practice of promoting the integration of urban and rural development of Guilin,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the integration of urban and rural development,believing that the acceleration of building of a new type of urbanization and building a new platform for integrated urban and rural development,fostering and developing characteristic industries and gathering the industrial base of integrated urban and rural development,strengthening the construction of social security system and laying the mass foundation for the integrated development of urban and rural areas are the choices path for Guilin to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
