摘要
以济青(济南—青岛)高速铁路为依托,针对曲线超高段聚氨酯固化道床的工程应用,总结其施工工艺。结果表明:曲线超高段聚氨酯固化道床施工工艺与正线基本一致;聚氨酯材料起发时间应控制在14~15 s;曲线超高段聚氨酯固化施工后,轨面高程普遍呈下降趋势,其变形值一般小于2 mm,但内轨侧变形一般大于外轨侧,差值约1 mm。研究结果可为今后类似工程提供参考。
The engineering background is the application of polyurethane railway track bed in section of curve superelevation in Jiqing high speed railway.The construction procedure is introduced.The results show that the construction of the polyurethane railway track bed in section of curve superelevation is the same as that in main line.The rise time of polyurethane shall be controlled within 14 through 15 seconds.After the set of polyurethane in section of curve superelevation,the track elevation generally becomes lower and the decline value is less than 2mm.The deformation at the inner track is greater than that at the outer track,and the difference is about 1mm.The research results may be applied to the similar engineering.
