摘要
道床烘干冷却装置是聚氨酯固化道床施工设备中最关键的组成部分,决定了设备施工效率和施工进度。本文分析了国内外道路工程中的烘干方式,选用暖气直接加热方式研制出一种聚氨酯固化道床烘干冷却试验装置,并进行了试验研究,为下一步研制现场用高效、适用的聚氨酯固化道床烘干冷却装置指明了方向。
Drying-cooling test device for ballast bed is the most critical part of polyurethane curing ballast bed construction equipment,which could determine the equipment construction efficiency and construction schedule.In this paper,the drying methods of road engineering at home and abroad were analyzed,a new drying-cooling test device for polyurethane curing ballast bed drying was developed by using direct heating method with radiator,the related experiment research was carried out,which could point out the direction of developing effective and applicative drying-cooling test device for polyurethane curing ballast bed in the future.
