隧道喷射混凝土硫酸盐侵蚀破坏分析及对策 被引量:7

摘要 本文选取硫酸盐侵蚀环境下隧道喷射混凝土芯样,采用X射线衍射、红外光谱、拉曼光谱、扫描电镜、能谱分析等测试手段综合分析喷射混凝土的腐蚀产物。结果表明:该喷射混凝土侵蚀类型为碳硫硅钙石型硫酸盐侵蚀,碳硫硅钙石由溶液直接反应和钙矾石转变而成。据此提出从原材料优选、配合比优化、施工质量控制等多方面来提高喷射混凝土抗碳硫硅钙石型硫酸盐侵蚀破坏的能力。 In this paper,shotcrete core samples of a tunnel under sulfate attack environment were investigated,corrosion products of shotcrete were analyzed by using the testing measures of X-ray diffraction,IR spectrum,Raman spectrum,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis synthetically.The results show that the erosion type of shotcrete is thaumasite sulfate attack(TSA),and thaumasite is formed by direct reaction of solution and transformation of ettringite.The measures to prevent shotcrete from the TSA are proposed such as proper selection of raw materials,rational mixing proportion design,and strict controls of construction quality.
