摘要
阐述财政与货币政策影响经济理论依据与作用机制。分析安徽省经济发展特性并选取代表财政与货币政策的参考指标和代表投资、消费与出口的参考指标,分别计算并分析该省投资、消费与出口对于财政政策及货币政策的弹性,得出关于不同政策对于安徽省投资、消费与出口所分别具有的不同效果,政策的实施需要依据不同区域经济特性,因地制宜做好政府规制工作。
This paper expounds the theoretical basis and function mechanism of the impact of fiscal and monetary policies on the economy.The characteristics of economic development in Anhui province are analyzed,and the reference index for fiscal and monetary policy and the reference index for investment,consumption and export of the province are selected.The elasticity of fiscal policy and monetary policy of investment,consumption and export in the province is calculated and analyzed.The conclusion is drawn on the specific effects of different policies on Anhui's investment,consumption and exports.It is put forward that the implementation of policies needs to be based on the economic characteristics of different regions and the implementation of measures suited to local conditions.
