可实现资源高效利用的高炉与COREX融合炼铁新工艺 被引量:3

New Fusion Iron-making Process of Blast Furnace with High Efficiency Utilization of Resources and COREX

摘要 高炉工艺依赖优质的一次资源,同时无法有效利用自身产生的二次资源;COREX工艺产能较少,成熟度较低。两种工艺单独发展时资源未得到高效利用,且有害气体排放量大。因此,提出将高炉工艺与COREX工艺融合以开发炼铁新工艺,充分发挥两者的优势,研发出两者融合实现资源高效利用和有害气体低排放的炼铁新工艺,为炼铁工艺的进一步发展提供方向。 Blast furnace technology relies on high quality primary resources, but it cannot effectively utilize secondary resources generated by itself;COREX process has less production capacity and low maturity. When these two processes are developed separately, resources are not utilized efficiently, and harmful gas emissions are large. Therefore, this paper put forward the fusion of blast furnace process and COREX process to develop a new iron-making process to give full play to the advantages of the two, so as to develop a new iron-making process that integrates the two to achieve efficient utilization of resources and low emission of harmful gases, providing direction for further development of iron-making process.
