双重任务起立步行测试评估脑卒中患者肢体功能的相关性分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨脑卒中患者双重任务下的起立步行(time up and go,TUG)测试与运动功能、平衡功能及日常生活能力的相关性。方法选取在瑞安市红十字医院就诊的80例符合入选标准的脑卒中患者,分别进行单一任务的TUG(TUG-single)测试、运动双重任务的TUG(TUG-motor)测试、认知双重任务的TUG(TUG-cognitive)测试、Berg平衡评估(Berg balance scale,BBS)、Fugl-meyer运动功能评估(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)、Barthel指数量表(Barthel index,BI)检查。采用单因素方差分析TUG-single、TUG-motor、TUG-cognitive的差异。采用Pearson相关分析TUG-single、TUG-cognitive、TUG-motor与BBS、FMA、BI的相关性。结果TUG-single与BBS、BI、FMA上肢得分、FMA下肢得分、FMA总分呈显著负相关(r=-0.657,P=0.00;r=-0.687,P=0.00;r=-0.616,P=0.00;r=-0.543,P=0.00;r=-0.653,P=0.00);TUG-motor与BBS、BI、FMA上肢得分、FMA下肢得分以及FMA总分呈显著负相关(r=-0.621,P=0.00;r=-0.737,P=0.02;r=-0.760,P=0.00;r=-0.578,P=0.01;r=-0.669,P=0.00);TUG-cognitive与BBS、FMA上肢得分、FMA下肢得分以及FMA总分呈显著负相关(r=-0.574,P=0.03;r=-0.358,P=0.02;r=-0.472,P=0.04;r=-0.478,P=0.00),TUG-cognitive与BI无相关性(r=-0.585,P=0.13)。结论 TUG-motor测试可用于评估脑卒中患者运动功能、平衡功能及日常生活能力,TUG-cognitive测试可用于评估脑卒中患者运动功能及平衡功能。 Objective To study the relationship of dual-task timed up and go(TUG)test with motor and balancing function and daily viability in cerebral stroke patients.Methods Eighty cerebral stroke patients who underwent single-task TUG(TUG-single)test,motor dual-task TUG(TUGmotor)test and TUG-cognitive test were included in this study.Their balancing function was assessed according to the BBS,their motor function was assessed according to the FMA and BI Scale(BIS).The differences in TUG-single,TUG-motor and TUG-cognitive tests were analyzed by ANOVA.The relationship between TUG-single,TUG-cognitive,TUG-motor tests and BBS,FMA and BIS scores was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results The TUG-single,TUG-motor and TUG-cognitive tests were negatively related with the BBS,BIS,FMA-upper,FMA-lower and FMA scores(r=-0.657,r=-0.687,r=-0.616,r=-0.543,r=-0.653,P=0.00;r=-0.621,r=-0.737,r=-0.760,r=-0.578,r=-0.669,P<0.05;r=-0.574,r=-0.358,r=-0.472,r=-0.478,P<0.05).The TUG-cognitive test was not related with the BIS score(r=-0.585,P=0.13).Conclusion TUG-motor and TUG-cognitive tests can assess the motor function,balancing function,and daily viability in cerebral stroke patients.
