摘要
转炉煤气作为转炉炼钢的重要副产品,煤气含有较高能源价值的CO及烟尘,如果外排则会有很强的毒性及环境污染,所以,转炉煤气从资源的综合利用角度以及环保角度,都需要有有效的回收利用技术。特别是现代化钢铁企业,通过转炉煤气有效的回收技术,也是实现转炉工序负能炼钢的重要举措,对于实现钢厂的节能减排、资源化综合利用具有积极的意义。
Converter gas is an important by-product of converter steelmaking.The gas contains CO and soot with high energy value.If it is efflux,it will have strong toxicity and environmental pollution.Therefore,the converter gas is from the perspective of comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental protection.Effective recycling techniques are needed.Especially for modern steel enterprises,the effective recycling technology of converter gas is also an important measure to realize the negative energy steelmaking in the converter process.It is of positive significance for realizing the energy conservation,emission reduction and resource utilization of steel plants.
