转炉煤气回收直接影响负能炼钢指标,鞍钢股份有限公司第一炼钢厂通过提高低碳钢、中碳钢、部分高碳钢的一次拉碳命中率和部分高碳钢的一次拉碳出钢控制,以及采取合理的枪位控制等技术措施,使平均单炉煤气回收时间从7.53min提高到10.30min,煤气回收数量从75.00m3/t提高到93.21m3/t。
The recovery ratio for converter gas directly influences the index of steelmaking with minus energy consumption. In order to increase the ratio,No.1 Steelmaking Plant of Angang uses technologies for increasing the percentage of one-time hit for the target carbon content in a low carbon steel,medium carbon steel or some high carbon steels,improving the control procedure of one-time catching carbon in tapping some high carbon steels,suitably positioning the level of an oxygen lance. And as a result the average gas-recovering time for each converter lasts to 10.30 minutes from 7.53 minutes before and the total volume for recovering the converter gas also increases to 93.21m3/t from 75.00 m3/t before.
