摘要
本试验旨在探索饲用甜高粱青贮育肥肉羊,对其健康的影响,为甜高粱的开发利用提供技术支持。选取体况一致的3月龄杜泊羊、小尾寒羊各12只,随机将同一品种试羊等数分为2组,分别饲喂裹包青贮(玉米青贮或甜高粱青贮),青贮料自由采食,精饲料及苜蓿颗粒按动物体重的1%及0. 5%补饲。在试验期第30、60、90天,晨饲前用注射器经颈静脉采血,测定血常规和内毒素浓度。结果显示:白细胞数目(WBC)及平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)高于正常值,其余血常规参数均在正常范围之内。在饲喂60天和90天时,杜泊羊血液白细胞数目(WBC)显著高于小尾寒羊(P <0. 05),在饲喂90天时杜泊羊血小板数目(PLT)显著高于小尾寒羊(P <0. 05);红细胞数目(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)随着饲喂时间的增加而增加,且杜泊羊饲喂甜高粱青贮(DG)组和小尾寒羊饲喂玉米青贮组(HY)饲喂90天时显著高于30天(P <0. 05);但血小板随着饲喂时间的增加而减少,且DG和小尾寒羊饲喂甜高粱青贮组(HG)饲喂90天时显著低于30天(P <0. 05);血液内毒素浓度未发生显著变化。表明饲喂甜高粱青贮与玉米青贮相比并未对绵羊健康产生影响,可作为绵羊优质饲粮进行推广。
The objective of this experiment was to study the effects of sweet sorghum silage on the blood routine and the concentration of Lipopolysaccharide in sheep,and provide technical support for the development and utilization of new feed resources.Twelve 3-month-old small tail han sheep.were randomly divided into two groups,which were,fed with sweet sorghum silage and corn silage respectively.The concentration and alfalfa pellet were fed at 1%and 0.5%of animal weight.During the period of 1 month,2 months and 3 months,the blood sample were collected by using syringe through the jugular vein to examine the blood routine and the concentration of Lipopolysaccharide.The results showed that the number of white cells(WBC)and MCHC were higher than normal,and the other blood routine parameters were in normal range.At 2 months and 3 months,the number of blood white blood cells(WBC)were significantly higher than the small tail han sheep(P<0.05),and the number of platelet platelets(PLT)was significantly higher in the 3 months of feeding(P<0.05).The number of red blood cells(RBC),erythrocyte compression(HCT),hemoglobin concentration(HGB)were increased with the increasing feeding time(P<0.05).However,the platelet was decreased with the increase of feeding time,(P<0.05).The concentration of blood lipopolysaccharide did not change significantly.The feeding of sweet sorghum has no effect on the health of sheep,and it can be promoted as the quality food for sheep.
