摘要
目的收集我院2013—2016年水痘患者483例,分析发病情况,为预防控制水痘流行及诊治提供依据。方法对2013—2016年我科门诊传染病登记本中水痘患者资料进行统计分析。结果共计483例水痘患者,男女比例1.10:1;发病年龄2～44岁,0～6岁儿童发病例数较少,≥18岁的成人发病例数较多,其中以学生为主。夏季、冬季为水痘高发季节,秋季发病人数较少,其中12月份发病人数最多。结论儿童水痘发病率逐年减少,成人水痘发病率逐年上升。
Objective In order to analyze the epidemic status and clinical characteristics of varicella from 2013 to 2016,and to provide evidence for better prevention and control measure.Methods Data of varicella cases were collected and analyzed in the register of infectious diseases from 2013 to 2016.Results Total varicella patients were 483 cases,and the ratio of male to female was 1.10∶1.The age of cases ranges from the 2 years old to 44 years old.Students were the main group with varicella.Least cases aged from 0 year old to 6 years old.The most cases were adults.Most of varicella cases was in summer and winter,least in autumn.The most of cases occurred in December.Conclusion The morbidity of preschool child with varicella shows a declining trend,and the morbidity of adults with varicella shows an increasing trend year by year.
