摘要
目的基于数据挖掘技术探讨吴鞠通治疗小儿痘证的用药规律,为临床治疗相关疾病提供新思路和方法。方法应用Excel软件对《吴鞠通医案》小儿痘证相关条文处方进行数据录入,利用IBM SPSS Statistics 25及IBM SPSS Modeler 18进行频数、性味归经、聚类、关联规则分析。结果收集到处方214首、中药130味、总使用频次2307次。其中使用频次>40次的药物共有15味,药性以寒、温、平为主,药味以甘、辛、苦为主,归经主要归入肺经、肝经、脾经、胃经。通过Apriori算法关联规则分析,得到常用药队,通过聚类分析可得到8个聚类药物组合。结论吴鞠通治疗小儿痘证注重辨证,灵活应用凉泻或温补之法,重点在于解毒,需彻底清除痘毒。
Objective To explore the medication rule of WU Jutong in the treatment of infantile pox syndrome based on data mining technology,and to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of related diseases.Methods Excel software was used to input the data of prescriptions related to pediatric pox syndrome in WU Jutong’s medical Case,and IBM SPSS Statistics 25 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18 were used to analyze the frequency,sexual and taste regression,clustering and association rules.Results A total of 214 prescriptions and 130 Chinese medicines were collected,with a total use frequency of 2307 times.Among them,15 drugs with more than 40 times of use were mainly cold,warm and flat,with sweet,pungent and bitter tastes,and the meridians were mainly lung,liver,spleen and stomach meridians.Common drug teams were obtained by association rule analysis of Apriori algorithm,and 8 drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion WU Jutong pays attention to syndrome differentiation in the treatment of infantile pox syndrome,flexibly applies the method of cooling and purging or warming and tonifying,and focuses on detoxification.
