摘要
针对现有残膜回收机在作业过程中无法自动卸膜问题,研制了一种新型卸膜装置,提高了机具的作业效率。文中对卸膜装置进行了二因素三水平正交试验,并对试验数据进行优化分析,得出提高脱膜率的最佳参数。
To solve the problem that the existing residual film collector can not unload the film automatically in the process of operation.In this paper,a new film unloading device is developed,which improves the working efficiency of machine and tools.In this paper,two factors and three levels orthogonal test are carried out on the film unloading device,and the test data are optimized and analyzed,and the best parameters to increase the release rate of film are obtained.
