摘要
随着地膜覆盖技术在我国的逐步推广,残膜导致耕地遭到严重破坏,形成农田"白色污染"。针对现有残膜回收过程中膜土分离困难和耕层残膜回收难题,研制了LCCM-2000A型齿链式残膜回收机。介绍了该机的整机结构、工作原理、技术参数、主要工作部件的设计及田间试验效果等。田间试验表明:该机具作业宽度为2000 mm,生产率0.475 hm;/h,残膜收净率≥85%,作业性能可靠,工作效率高,能够满足残膜回收作业要求。
With the gradual popularization of plastic film mulching technology in China,with the gradual popularization of plastic film mulching technology in China,the residual plastic film caused serious damage to cultivated land and formed white pollution.LCCM-2000 a tooth chain residual film recycling machine was developed to solve the problems of membrane soil separation and failure to effectively recover the surface and plough layer residual film in the existing process of residual film recovery.This paper introduces the structure,working principle,technical parameters,design of main working parts and field test results of the machine.The field test shows that the machine has a working width of 2000 mm,a productivity of 0.475 hm;/h and a residual film recovery rate of more than 85%.It has reliable performance and high efficiency,and can meet the requirements of residual film recovery.
