头穴埋线对阿尔兹海默病患者认知功能及血管修复因子、可溶性凋亡因子的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨头穴埋线疗法对阿尔兹海默病患者认知功能及血清血管修复因子、可溶性凋亡因子的影响。方法:将80例阿尔兹海默病患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,在常规内科治疗的基础上治疗组采用头穴埋线结合安理申治疗,对照组采用安理申治疗,共治疗12周,治疗前后检测MMSE量表及治疗前后血清中HO-1、AngⅠ、VEGF、MMP-9、s Fas、s FasL含量。结果:治疗前两组患者MMES评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗结束后两组MMSE评分显著高于治疗前,治疗组MMSE评分高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗前两组血清中HO-1、AngⅠ、VEGF、MMP-9、s Fas、s FasL水平无明显差异(p> 0. 05);治疗后两组血清中HO-1、AngI、VEGF含量高于治疗前,两组比较治疗组显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后两组血清中MMP-9含量低于治疗前,两组比较治疗组显著低于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗结束后两组血清s Fas、s FasL含量均有所下降(P <0. 05),且治疗组含量显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:头穴埋线疗法结合安理申治疗能有效提高血清中HO-1、AngI、VEGF水平,降低MMP-9、s Fas、s FasL水平,可通过调节细胞因子、抑制细胞凋亡、改善AD患者学习记忆水平治疗阿尔兹海默病。 Objective:To explore the effect of catgut embedding at scalp acupoints on cognitive function,vascular repair factor,and soluble apoptosis factor in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods:80 AD patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.On the basis of the routine treatment,the treatment group was treated by catgut embedding at scalp acupoints and Aricept,and the control group was only treated by Aricept.The treatment was 12 weeks.MMSE scores were observed,and the serum contents of HO-1,AngI,VEGF,MMP-9,sFas,and sFasL were detected before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:There was no statistical difference between the two groups in MMSE score before the treatment(P >0.05);the scores were significantly increased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the levels of HO-1,AngI,VEGF,MMP-9,sFas,and sFasL before the treatment(P >0.05);the levels of HO-1,AngI,and VEGF were significantly increased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of MMP-9,sFas,and sFasL were significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of catgut embedding at scalp acupoints combined with Aricept can effectively increase the serum levels of HO-1,AngI,and VEGF,as well as effectively decrease the serum levels of MMP-9,sFas,and sFasL.It can treat AD by regulating cytokines,inhibiting apoptosis,and improving learning ability and memory of AD patients.
