摘要
目的:探讨中药脐贴敷脐减轻无痛结肠镜检查后腹痛临床观察。方法:选取我院2016年8月-2017年8月收治并进行无痛结肠镜检查的患者180例为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各90例。对照组患者采用无痛肠镜常规检查的方案进行,而研究组在对照组基础上在无痛结肠镜检查前用中药脐贴敷脐。记录两组患者在检查时的疼痛程度和检查后1 h、6 h、24 h患者腹胀痛程度的数据进行分析对比。结果:研究组患者在无痛结肠镜前进行中药脐贴后,检查过程中的疼痛程度明显优于对照组患者(P <0.05);无痛结肠镜检术后1 h、6 h、24 h,研究组患者各时间点数字疼痛评分法(NRS)评分均明显低于对照组患者(P <0.05),并且研究组患者没有出现不良反应。两组患者的主要中医症状积分在治疗后显著低于治疗前(P <0.05)。结论:在无痛结肠镜前对患者进行中药脐贴可以良好得减轻患者检查中的疼痛程度,并且也能有效减轻患者在无痛结肠镜检查后的腹胀、腹痛程度,同时也具有较好的安全性,值得在临床上广泛推广和应用。
Objective:To investigate efficacy of umbilic compressing with TCM medicine on stomachache after painless colonoscopy.Methods:180 cases were divided into two groups,90 cases in each.The control group was given painless colonoscopy routine examination.The study group was given umbilic compressing with TCM medicine before painless colonoscopy.Results:During the examination,the pain level in the study group was significantly lower(P<0.05);in 1 hours,6 hours,and 24 hours after operation,the NRS scores in the study group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Adverse reactions were not found in the study group.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM external application on umbilicus on stomach ache after painless colonoscopy can alleviate the pain during the examination,is safe and worth promoting.
