摘要
目的探讨耳穴压豆对肝癌超声介入治疗患者围手术期疼痛和焦虑的影响。方法选择2014年10月～2016年12月60例我院肝病科肝癌介入患者,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例,对照组进行常规护理干预,包括饮食指导、心理护理、疼痛及用药护理。观察组在对照组基础上进行耳穴压豆。分别使用数字疼痛评分法、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对围手术期肝癌介入患者疼痛及焦虑进行评估,比较两组干预前后疼痛及焦虑发生率情况。结果干预后观察组疼痛评分分别为(4.81±1.34)分;(2.09±1.67)分,(1.65±1.20)分,显著低于对照组的(5.78±1.47)分;(2.69±1.26)分,(2.11±1.29)分;观察组SAS评分分别为(62.3±6.8)分,(54.2±7.1)分,显著低于对照组的(65.2±6.4)分,(54.2±7.1)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.85、4.67、3.85、6.263、3.85、3.65,P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆能够显著改善患者焦虑及疼痛,增加患者的舒适度,提高患者生活质量,在临床上有广泛推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point pressure bean on perioperative pain and anxiety in patients with liver cancer undergoing ultrasound intervention.Methods60patients with liver cancer intervention in the Department of Liver Disease of our hospital from October2014to December2016were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,including diet guidance and psychological nursing,pain and medication nursing.The observation group was subjected to auricular point pressure bean on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The pain and anxiety of perioperative liver cancer intervention patients were evaluated by digital pain score and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS).The pain and anxiety incidence of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results The pain scores of the observation group after intervention were as follows:(4.81±1.34)points;(2.09±1.67)points,(1.65±1.20)points,which was significantly lower than(5.78±1.47)points;(2.69±1.26)points,(2.11±1.29)points of the control group.The SAS scores of the observation group were(62.3±6.8)and(54.2±7.1)points,which were significantly lower than(65.2±6.4)points and(54.2±7.1)points of the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(t=2.85,4.67,3.85,6.263,3.85,3.65;P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressure bean can significantly improve anxiety and pain,increase patient comfort and improve patient life quality,which has a wide range of clinical value.
