摘要
目的:研究中医正骨手法联合电针治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症的临床疗效。方法:从2016年2月-2018年2月取材并开展本次研究,所选取腰椎小关节紊乱症患者总计80例,患者入院后均接受传统电针治疗,抽取其中40例使用中医正骨手法配合治疗,将其划分为观察组,剩余的40例患者则划分为对照组。结果:疗程结束后观察组中患者的治疗效果与对照组进行比较具有明显优势,患者的VAS评分、ODI评分与对照组进行比较也明显较低,对观察组治疗方法表示认可的患者数量明显较多(P <0.05)。结论:腰椎小关节紊乱症患者的治疗中应用中医正骨手法进行配合治疗,能够有效改善患者的疼痛评分以及功能障碍指数,治疗效果与单纯电针治疗进行比较具有明显优势,得到较多患者的认可使用,临床应用价值显著,应当得到广泛使用。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of TCM bone-setting plus electropuncture on lumbar small-joint disturbance.Methods:80 cases were divided into two groups,40 cases in each.All patients were given electropuncture;and the observation group was given TCM bone-setting more.Results:After treatment,the efficacy in the observation group was better,VAS score and ODI score were lower and patient satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM bone-setting plus electropuncture on lumbar small-joint disturbance showed a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
