摘要
本文以探究现代中医正骨与美式整脊的异同作为主要研究目标。通过检索、查阅现代中医正骨与美式整脊相关的文献资料,对双方的发展历程、诊断理论与治疗方法进行整理总结,并通过对比探讨各自的优势与不足。通过对比发现,现代中医正骨是一种科学、实用、简便、有效的疗法;不足的是现代中医正骨手法在标准化、量效化研究上与美式整脊存在着一定的差距。因此,中医正骨以筋骨并重的诊疗理念,快捷效佳的诊疗特点示人,值得临床推广运用,但同时应借鉴美式整脊的现代发展理念,努力在标准化、量效化研究上取得进展。
The purpose of this paper is to research the similarities and differences between Chinese manipulation technique and American chiropractic.By searching and consulting the literature of Chinese manipulation technique and American chiropractic,the development course,diagnosis theory and treatment method of both sides were summarized,and their advantages and disadvantages were compared through discussion.Through comparison,this paper has found that modern Chinese manipulation technique is a scientific,practical,simple and effective treatment.The deficiency is a certain gap between the study of standardization and dose efficiency of modern Chinese manipulation techniques and the American chiropractic.Therefore,Chinese manipulation technique is based on the principle of physique and bones.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application,but it is imperative to learn from the modern development concept of American chiropractic,and to strive to make progress in standardization and quantity efficiency research.
