摘要
目的:观察中西药结合治疗高龄妇女糖尿病合并外阴瘙痒症的疗效。方法:研究对象选取我院2016年10月-2017年10月来我院进行治疗的高龄妇女糖尿病合并外阴瘙痒症患者30例,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组(15例)与观察组(15例)。对照组应用西医的方式进行治疗,观察组采用中西结合的方式进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床症状改善情况、治疗总有效率与治疗前后SF-36生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,观察组患者临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的治疗有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的60.00%(χ2=4.66,P=0.03);护理后,观察组患者心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能及角色功能各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:中西药结合治疗糖尿病合并外阴瘙痒症疗效理想,能显著改善患者生活质量,具有较好的临床效益,值得推广实践。
Objective:To observe efficacy of the integrative medicine on elderly women with diabetes complicated with vulvar pruritus.Methods:From October 2016 to October 2017,30 cases in our hospital were divided into the control group(15 cases)and the observation group(15 cases).The control group was given western medicine;and the observation group was given the integrative medicine.Results:After treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05).The efficiency was 93.33% in the observation group,significantly higher than 60.00%in the control group(χ^2=4.66,P=0.03).After nursing,the scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on elderly women with diabetes complicated with vulvar pruritus shows a good effect,can improve the quality of life of patients,has good clinical benefit,is worthy of popularization and practice.
