摘要
目的探讨护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践现状,为提高其临床实践能力提供依据。方法采用现象学分析法对10名临床实践时间大于15个月的护理硕士专业学位(Master of Nursing Specialist,MNS)研究生进行访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行分析。结果通过访谈,将MNS研究生临床实践现状总结为6个主题:提高了临床技能水平;增强职业责任感;促进进行有效沟通;科研时间不足;临床实践内容单一;临床带教质量不高。结论为达到MNS研究生能从临床实践中得到全面发展的效果,需加强医院与学院的沟通,形成统一的培养方案,全面发展MNS研究生临床实践能力、科研能力与护理管理能力。
Objective To study the status quo of master degree in nursing students'clinical practice,and to provide evidence for improving the clinical practice ability.Methods Phenomenological analysis was used to interview 10 postgraduates of master of nursing specialist(MNS)whose clinical practice time was longer than 15 months.Claizzi seven-step analysis was used to analyze the data.Result Through interviews,the current situation of clinical practice of MNS graduate students is summarized into six themes:improving the level of clinical skills;enhancing the sense of professional responsibility;promoting effective communication;insufficient time for scientific research;single content of clinical practice;and low quality of clinical teaching.Conclusion In order to achieve the comprehensive development effect of MNS graduate students from clinical practice,it is necessary to strengthen the communication between hospitals and colleges,form a unified training program,and develop the clinical practice ability,scientific research ability and nursing management ability of MNS graduate students in an all-round way.
