水泥稳定碎石填料击实特性研究

摘要 针对2种不同级配的水泥稳定碎石粗颗粒填料,通过自行改装的表面振动击实仪及振动台进行击实试验,对其在不同击实频率下的干密度变化规律进行研究。结果表明,采用表面振动击实仪得到的最大干密度大于振动台法;2种填料均存在击实卓越频率,细粒含量3%水泥掺量3%填料的卓越频率为45~50Hz,去0.5 mm以下细粒土3%水泥掺量填料的卓越频率为45~60Hz。小于卓越频率时,随频率的增加干密度增大,大于卓越频率时,随频率的增加干密度反而减小。 For two kinds of cement-stabilized macadam coarse-grained fillers with different grades, compaction tests were carried out through a self-refitting surface vibratory compaction instrument and a vibratory table, and the dry-density changing law at different compaction frequencies was studied. Results show that the maximum dry density obtained by the surface vibratory compaction device is greater than it obtained by the vibrating table. There is an excellent compaction frequency range for both packing. The excellent frequency of 3% cement with 3% fine-grained content is (45-50) Hz, and the excellent frequency of 3% cement filler with fine-grained soil below 0.5 mm removed is (45-60) Hz. When the frequency is less than the predominant frequency, the dry density increases with the increase of the frequency. When the frequency is higher than the predominant frequency, the dry density decreases with the increase of the frequency.
