摘要
重载铁路对路基压实质量要求高。本文根据我国《客货共线铁路路基工程施工技术指南》、设计单位的《新建铁路山西中南部铁路通道路基工程设计与施工参考图集》和建设单位的《山西中南部铁路通道路基施工强制性规定》,以及铁路行业路基填料分类现状,分析重载铁路路基填料的颗粒粒径、粒径级配、填料强度及性质对路基压实质量的影响。建议重载铁路路基填筑前对填料的粒径级配及强度指标做出规定,并完善路基填料分类标准。
Heavy haul railway raises the requirements on the compaction quality of heavy haul railway subgrade. In line with the national circular on the“technical guidance on the construction of railway for mixed passenger and freight traffic”,the “reference atlas on subgrade design and construction of Shanxi-Henan-Shandong railway thoroughfare”from the design institute and the“compulsory regulations on the construction of Shanxi-Henan-Shandong railw ay thoroughfare”from the construction institute,the paper looks into the classification of subgrade fillings,and analyzes the impact of the filling＇s grain size,particle grading,strength and property on subgrade compaction quality. It is suggested that proper regulations on the particle grading and strength of the subgrade fillings of heavy haul line is to be put forward,and the classification system for subgrade fillings is to be improved.
