摘要
目的探讨清脑舒络汤治疗中风恢复期患者的临床效果。方法将我院收治的174例中风恢复期患者根据不同的用药方式分为对照组(87例,阿托伐他汀钙胶囊治疗)与观察组(87例,阿托伐他汀钙胶囊+清脑舒络汤治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、血沉、红细胞压积及红细胞电泳水平均显著降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分均显著降低,FMA评分均显著升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康评分均显著升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清脑舒络汤在中风恢复期患者的治疗中效果显著,其可改善患者血液高凝状态及生活质量,促进神经功能及肢体运动功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingnao Shuluo decoction in the treatment of stroke patients during recovery period.Methods A total of 174 stroke patients during recovery period treated in our hospital were divided into control group(87 cases,treated with atorvastatin calcium capsule)and observation group(87 cases,treated with atorvastatin calcium capsule+Qingnao Shuluo decoction)according to different medication methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hematocrit and erythrocyte electrophoresis of the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of NIHSS of both groups significantly decreased,the scores of FMA of both groups significantly increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiologic function,role physical,somatic pain,general health,energy,social function,role emotional and emotional health in the two groups significantly increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingnao Shuluo decoction has a remarkable effect in the treatment of stroke patients during recovery period,which can improve the blood hypercoagulable state and quality of life of patients,promote the recovery of neurological function and limb motor function of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
