摘要
目的:探讨中药熏蒸联合针灸康复综合疗法治疗脑中风恢复期的临床疗效。方法:80例脑中风恢复期患者,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组仅使用针灸康复综合疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合运用中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果:治疗后,对照组患者的美国国立卫生研究所脑卒中评分(NIHSS)(18.23±2.33)分,显著高于观察组患者的NIHSS评分(14.22±0.98)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸康复综合疗法联合中药熏蒸治疗脑中风恢复期患者可有效缓解患者临床症状,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of herbal fumigation combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation comprehensive therapy in the treatment of stroke convalescence. Methods： 80 patients with cerebral apoplexy convalescence were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, 40 cases in each group. The control group was only treated with acupuncture and rehabilitation comprehensive therapy, while the observation group was treated with Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： After the treatment, the patients in the control group of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS） （18.23 ± 2.33）%, significantly higher than the patients in the observation group the NIHSS score （14.22 ± 0.98）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture rehabilitation comprehensive therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebral apoplexy convalescence, and has higher clinical application value.
