摘要
目的分析缺血性中风恢复期(2～24周)患者的体质、证候分布特点及二者的关系。方法分别对620例缺血性中风恢复期患者进行中医体质问卷及中医四诊资料采集,采用《中医体质分类与判定标准》量表判断中医体质,根据《缺血性中风证候要素诊断量表》确定中医证候,并进行中医体质与证候的相关性分析。结果缺血性中风恢复期患者体质主要为瘀血质(20.97%)、痰湿质(18.71%)、气虚质(16.29%),证候主要为血瘀证(25.81%)、痰证(20.97%)、气虚证(16.45%)、阳虚证(15.16%)。主要体质与证候相关分析显示,瘀血质与血瘀证、痰证、气虚证显著正相关,痰湿质与痰证、血瘀证、阳虚证显著正相关,气虚质与气虚证、血瘀证、痰证显著正相关。结论瘀血质、痰湿质、气虚质是缺血性中风恢复期患者的常见体质类型,其体质类型与中医证候密切相关。
Objective To explore the characteristics of TCM constitution types and TCM syndromes of patients with ischemic stroke at restoration stage（2-24 week）,and study the correlation between constitutions and syndromes.Methods Constitution questionnaires and four diagnostic methods of TCM information collection were used to survey 620 patients with ischemic stroke at restoration stage.Constitutions were analyzed and diagnosed based on TCM Constitution Classification and Judgement Standard.TCM syndromes were diagnosed based on Ischemic Stroke TCM Syndrome Diagnostic Scale.And then,the correlation between constitutions and syndromes was analyzed.Results Blood stasis（20.97%）,phlegm-damp（18.71%） and qi deficiency（16.29%） types were the main constitutions,and blood stasis（25.81%）,phlegm-damp（20.97%）,qi-deficiency（16.45%） and yang-deficiency（15.16%） syndromes were the main TCM syndromes of patients with ischemic stroke at restoration stage.Blood stasis constitution had significantly positive correlation with blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-damp syndrome and qi-deficiency syndrome.Phlegm-damp constitution had significantly positive correlation with phlegm-damp syndrome,blood stasis syndrome and yang-deficiency syndrome.Qi deficiency constitution had significantly positive correlation with qi-deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-damp syndrome.Conclusion Blood stasis,phlegm-damp and qi deficiency types are the main constitutions.There is close correlation between TCM constitution and syndrome of patients with ischemic stroke at restoration stage.
