摘要
研究了酒钢CSP生产Q345B钢铸坯中T[O]、[N]含量以及夹杂物的行为。结果表明酒钢Q345B钢铸坯中w(T[O])和w([N])的平均值分别为28.0×10^(-6)和41.0×10-6。Q345B钢铸坯中显微夹杂物尺寸均偏小,显微夹杂物多数呈块状或球状,少量的MnS为不规则的短棒状,其主要类型有纯MnS和MnS-CaS、Al_2O_3-CaO(Mg O)、Al_2O_3-SiO_2-CaO(Mg O)等复合夹杂。Q345B钢铸坯中大型夹杂物具有很强的随机性,其主要来源可能是结晶器卷渣。
The T[O],[N]content and the behavior of inclusions of Q345B steel slab produced by Jiugang CSP process were studied.The results show that the average contents of T[O]and[N]in Jiugang Q345B steel slab are 28.0×10^-6 and 41.0×10^-6,respectively.The size of inclusions in Q345B steel slabs is small,the microinclusions are mostly blocky or spherical,and a small amount of MnS is irregular short rods.The main types are pure MnS and MnS-CaS,Al2O3-CaO(MgO)and Al2O3-SiO2-CaO(MgO).Large inclusions in Q345B slabs have strong randomness,and the main source may be mould powder.
