摘要
分析横向拉伸性能偏低的热轧带钢试样发现,其氧化物夹杂含量较多,且主要是沿轧制方向的带状夹杂物;其存在破坏了金属的连续性,在拉伸过程沿带状夹杂物的垂直方向会产生破裂。分析认为冶炼终点碳含量低,脱氧后钢包搅拌效果差,脱氧产物上浮不充分是其主要原因。冶炼过程中应控制好终点碳,加强脱氧操作,减少钢中的夹杂物含量,提高热轧带钢的拉伸性能。
Analysis on the low transverse tensile properties of hot-rolling strip specimen found that its oxide inclusion content is more, and mainly is along the wiling direction of the strip inclusions; its existence undermines the continuity of the metal in the tensile process inclusions along the strip will have the breakdown in the vertical direction. Considering the main reason is that low carbon content at end-point, bad stirring ladle deoxidation effect and inadequate surface deoxidation production. Smelting process should be to control well carbon content at end-point, enhance deoxidization operation, reduce the inclusions in steel" content, improve the tensile properties of hot-rolling strip.
