摘要 目的研究马蹄香(Saruma henryi Oliv.)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、HP-20大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC等柱色谱技术和重结晶,对马蹄香干燥全草95%乙醇和75%乙醇提取物的石油醚、乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从中分离得9个化合物,分别鉴定为细辛脂素(1)、金粟兰内酯C(2)、shizukanolide H(3)、吲哚-3-甲酸甲酯(4)、丁二酸(5)、异嗪皮啶(6)、银线草醇F(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)。结论其中化合物1、2、3、4、6、7均为首次从马蹄香中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Saruma henryi Oliv.. Methods Using silica gel, ODS, HP-20 macroporous adsorption resin, Sephadex LH-20, HPLC and other column chromatography techniques and recrystallization, the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extract parts of 95 % ethanol and 75 % ethanol extracts from dried whole herb of Saruma henryi Oliv. were isolated and purified, then the structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectrum data. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as asarinin (1), chloranthalactone C (2), shizukanolide H (3), 1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (4), succinic acid (5), isofraxidin (6), shizukaol F (7),β-sitosterol (8) and daucosterol (9). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 were isolated from Saruma henryi Oliv. for the first time.
