摘要
目的对黄花败酱Patriniascabiosaefolia中的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和ODS柱色谱进行分离,Sephadex LH-20及制备液相进行纯化,根据理化性质和光谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定了10个化合物:2α-羟基乌苏酸(1)、2α,3β-23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(2)、2α,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(3)、齐墩果酸3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(4)、齐墩果酸3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(5)、3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、咖啡酸(7)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(8)、东莨菪内酯(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)。结论化合物2、3、7为首次从败酱属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Patrinia scabiosaefolia.Methods The constituents were first separated by column chromatography with silica gel and flash ODS, then purified by Sephadex LH-20 and pHPLC.The structures of these compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical and spectral data.Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 2α-hydroxy ursolic acid(1),2α,3β-23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(2),2α,3β,19α,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(3),oleanolic acid 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside(4),oleanolic acid 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside(5),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),caffeic acid(7),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic(8),scopoletin(9),and β-sitosterol(10).Conclusion Compounds 2,3,and 7 are isolated from the plants of Patrinia Juss.for the first time.
