微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定葛仙米干品中16种微量元素的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定葛仙米中16种元素的分析方法。方法样品经微波消解后,以铑、铟、铼为内标物,用ICP-MS同时测定16种元素。结果 16种元素的检出限在0.002~0.03mg/kg之间,方法精密度的RSD为0.64%~9.18%,16种元素加标回收率82.8%~103.9%。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、线性范围广、定量准确,将为葛仙米样品中重金属水平及使用安全的科学评价提供依据。 Objective To establish an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of 16 trace elements in Nostoc sphaeroids kutz by ICP-MS. Methods After being pretreated with microwave digestion, the sample was used to determine 16 trace elements, using Rh, In and Re as the internal standards. Results The detection limits of 16 elements were in the range of 0.002-0.03 mg/kg. The precision of the method was tested, giving values of RSD in the range of 0.64 %-9.18 %. The recoveries were in the range of 82.8 %-103.9 %. Conclusion This method is simple, high sensitive, widely linear and accurate, and can be applied in the analysis of the contents of heavy metals in Nostoc sphaeroids kutz. This work can provide data reference for the scientific evaluation of Nostoc sphaeroids kutz.
